Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Fillets

Even among folks who aren’t normally fans of fish, salmon seems to be a common exception—it’s simply that tasty. Sockeye Salmon, and Wild Alaskan Sockeye in particular, is remarkably rich and meaty in texture, with a slightly mild flavor profile, and deep, coral red hue. And since Trader Joe’s Sockeye Salmon Fillets come from strictly Wild-caught, premium Salmon found in the frigid, pristine waters off the coast of Alaska, they taste deliciously clean and lightly oily (fish need fat to keep warm, after all), making them ideal for grilling, pan-searing, baking, or poaching.

For an effortless entrée, we recommend brushing a Fillet or two with olive oil or melted butter, sprinkling on a bit of salt and pepper, then cooking as desired in the broiler, air fryer, stovetop, or barbecue. It’s that easy!
