Vegetable Dumplings (LIMITED)

Trader Joe’s Vegetable Dumplings are made for us by a supplier in Vietnam, who carefully fills each beautifully ornate, floral-shaped wrapper with a well-seasoned mix of veggies that include chives, shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and cabbage.

At home, these veritably vegan Vegetable Dumplings take only a few minutes in the steamer, microwave, or stovetop before they’re perfectly plump and ready to eat. Like all our dim sum-inspired treats, they can be enjoyed as an appetizer, entrée, or quick snack, and really excel as part of a larger dim sum spread with some rice, stir-fried veggies, and plenty of sauces to dip in.
