Vanilla Bean Whipped Sweet Potatoes (LIMITED)

Nothing gets us whipped up into a frenzy like a side dish that combines the best aspects of savory and sweet. So, you can imagine how excited we are to introduce Trader Joe’s Vanilla Bean Whipped Sweet Potatoes to our refrigerators. This hearty, heat-and-eat dish starts with a base of Sweet Potatoes and heavy cream, Whipped to a phenomenally fluffy consistency, which our supplier seasons with sea salt and nutmeg, and sweetens with brown sugar and both Vanilla Bean paste and bits of Vanilla Bean seeds. 

When you take it home, it’s just a matter of minutes in the microwave (or slightly longer in the conventional oven) before it’s ready to serve. Salty, sweet, and with a sumptuous, cloud-like texture, we love the depth of flavor it adds to any meal, be it as part of a holiday grazing board or a more mundane weekday dinner.
