Our crust-conscious supplier starts with wheat-flour dough that is allowed to rise for a full 24 hours before it’s hand-stretched and topped. Then the Pizza is spread with a simple, savory tomato sauce, and topped with a blend of mozzarella, provolone, and Parmigiano Reggiano—and finally crowned with slices of savory, Uncured Pepperoni. Oak and beech from the mountains between Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany are used to fuel wood burning ovens in which the pies are pre-baked at about 750°F. They’re finally frozen and sent to your neighborhood Trader Joe’s, so you can heat & eat an authentic Uncured Pepperoni Pizza whenever you like!
