TINE® Ski Queen Creamy Caramel Cheese (LIMITED)

Want to take your cheese board to a new altitude? Break out of the bunny slopes and give TINE® Ski Queen® a try! First developed in the mid-1800s to utilize a byproduct of cheese-making, whey is slowly boiled until the milk sugars caramelize to create this Norwegian Sweet Brown Cheese (a.k.a. brunost). This process lends Ski Queen® its distinctly sweet flavor and characteristic golden-brown hue, while its cow and goat milk base creates a creamy mouthfeel and subtle tang on the palate. In addition to adding caramel-y charisma to a cheese or charcuterie board, it’s a boon to bagels, awesome on an Apple Crumble Pie, and wonderful when grated and folded into waffle batter made with Buttermilk Pancake & Baking Mix.
