Our Southwestern Chopped Salad is an homage to the bright, spicy, flavorful dishes of its namesake region— and it’s a complete salad kit, so everything you need is right in the bag! Green cabbage, carrots, and radish have been chopped into small pieces and then mixed with romaine lettuce—and just the right amount of green onions and cilantro. Also included in the bag are pepitas, tortilla strips, cotija cheese, and a spicy avocado dressing—which gets its spiciness from poblano chiles.
