Shredded Swiss Cheese & Gruyère Cheese

We’ve never said this about any other product, but this Blend is Yodelicious. Get it? Yodel? Delicious? Yo-del- icious? We know it’s a stretch, but we are talking Swiss cheese. And this blend is so good it makes us want to celebrate. What better way to celebrate a Shredded Swiss-Gruyère Cheese Blend than by yodeling. We rest our case. And now we’d like to tell you about the cheese. We’ve combined domestically produced Gruyère and Swiss, shredded them for convenience (and yo-del-icious-ness), and packed them into a resealable bag. The Swiss is creamy and mild; the Gruyere has a nuttier, more distinctive flavor – these two cheeses make a great pair. Melted atop a burger, as a main component of a grilled ham & cheese sandwich, as the pinnacle of French onion soup, made into mac & cheese, in fondue… versatile and, well, yo-del-icious.
