These delicate, crunchy Wafer Cookies - carefully crafted by experienced bakers into the shape of a conductor's baton - are filled with a soft, sweet, pumpkin-flavored cream spiced with a blend of classic pumpkin-pie spices, like cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and clove powders.
