We’re no rookies when it comes to Brookies! Like the original, this Peppermint-powered portmanteau starts with a bottom layer that is all brownie—rich, with sweetly fragrant cocoa notes and a pleasantly fudgy chew. But instead of topping it with chocolate chip cookie batter, this winter version is crowned with Peppermint flavored sugar cookie batter and studded with white Peppermint chips.
