And funnily enough, the same surface-area-maximizing design that allows radiators to heat and cool buildings effectively also maximizes each Radiatore’s ability to hold onto pasta sauces—and provides a fun textural sensation on the palate, to boot. Unlike most HVAC systems, however, Trader Joe’s Organic Radiatore Pasta is made with Organic durum wheat semolina and is bronze-die cut for us by an expert supplier in Italy for even more textural enjoyment. (We’d also venture to say that it’s much easier to carry around in your TJ’s tote than a standard radiator, for what it’s worth.)

In addition to deftly holding onto all sorts of sauces, Trader Joe’s Organic Radiatore Pasta also tastes great with all sorts of sauces, from creamy Alfredos to garlicky pestos, and, in particuar, those that include a great deal of sausage or ground meat.
