Organic Petite Potato Medley

Little potatoes, organically grown, in three colorful hues: that’s what you’ll find in each bag of Trader Joe’s Organic Petite Potato Medley. There’s nothing too fancy here–unless you consider colorful potatoes fancy–but there sure is a lot of possibility. 

You can leave the skins on or peel them–both the red and gold spuds are cream-colored inside; purple is purple all the way through. You can leave them whole, slice them, julienne them, roast them, fry them, boil them, mash them… you get the idea.
