As proud as we are of our products, we know that there’s always room for improvement. Case in point: we’ve recently upgraded the offerings in our meat case! Our new line of Organic Grass Fed Angus Beef comes to us from a collective of over 2,000 small family farms in the United States—some of whom are so small that they only raise a dozen or so cattle at a time. Each farm dedicates their herds to be raised specifically for consumption, and raises them on an organic, 100% grass and forage diet. The results speak (or rather, eat) for themselves: tender textures, mild-yet-decidedly-beefy flavor profiles, and great marbling.

Ideal for pan-frying, grilling, or slicing into thin strips and sautéeing in stir-fries and fajitas, our Organic Grass Fed Top Sirloin Steak is a great, versatile cut of Beef. While it takes well to marinades and dry rubs of all kinds, it also serves spectacularly well when simply seared and topped with a bit of butter and herbs. And if that weren’t enough, we’ve also improved our packaging: each eight-ounce tray now comes vacuum-sealed, rather than gas-flushed, which means better flavor, longer shelf-life, and reduced packaging waste. Win-win-win!
