Our supplier is sourcing the beloved Nam Hom coconut variety from the region of Rachaburi in western Thailand. Nam Hom means “aromatic” in Thai, which is appropriate since these tropical beauties are full of rich, sweet, coconut aroma and flavor. The coconut water is extracted, the coconut meat is hand scooped, and the combination is bottled, all on the same day as the coconut is harvested (in fact, within hours), ensuring the freshest flavor and maximum nutrients.
