Our supplier begins with California Almonds, sprinkles them with sea salt and expertly roasts them, then enrobes them in a Maple Brown Butter-Flavored coating that builds upon the naturally sweet Almond notes and enhances the nut’s buttery qualities with toasty caramelized flavor. Once enrobed, the Almonds are dusted with Maple-cocoa-powder, resulting in candied nuts with a rich, almost toffee-like taste, and impressive Maple notes.
