Liquid Laundry Detergent Free & Clear

Many years ago, when we first introduced Trader Joe's Liquid Laundry Detergent to the world, it was one of the few "eco-friendly" liquid detergents on the market. With its essential oils and coconut-derived surfactants, it was actually kind of... cutting edge. But science marches forward, and times change—as do the ingredients that our customers do & do not want to see in their household products.

Our revamped Free & Clear Liquid Laundry Detergent still cleans with coconut-derived surfactants and is still hypoallergenic, but it's now also free of optical brighteners. Instead we've added stain-fighting enzymes (protease, amylase & mannanese) to the formula, improving its overall efficacy. We've also kept this Detergent free of dyes and synthetic fragrances—in fact, we’ve kept it Free & Clear of any fragrances at all! But even without added fragrance, it still does its job—grab a load of your dirtiest, stinkiest laundry and put it to the test!
