But Trader Joe’s is, proudly, a neighborhood grocery store—one with limited shelf space at that. We must pick and choose our assortment carefully... which is further proof that these limited-edition Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins are worthy of the space they’ve earned on our shelves! Made with lemon purée, lemon juice, lemon oil, and lemon zest (that’s a whole lotta Lemon...), they’re indesputably bright, sweet, and cake-y, featuring crunchy Poppy Seeds throughout and a sprinkle of sugar on top. They’re delicious as an on-the-go breakfast option, and cut into quarters, they make excellent additions to brunch buffet boards. Try warming one in the toaster or microwave and topping it with TJ’s Lemon Curd—the aromatics alone are well worth the already-exceptionally-reasonable price.
