Crafted for us by an expert pasta-maker in Italy, this rich and tasty Ravioli is made with extra thin sheets of pasta, stuffed with a mixture of tart and tangy Goat Cheese and sweet, full-flavored Caramelized Onions. When cooked al dente, the thinness of the pasta creates a delightfully delicate texture on the tongue, which communicates the flavor of the filling in a truly wonderful way. While you’re certainly welcome to serve this Ravioli in your favorite pasta sauce, we find it does just fine on its own, lightly tossed with a little extra virgin olive oil.
