On crisp, crunchy snacks, 
like Cut, Peeled Carrots in sacks
On their merits, we will here expound.

Vibrant orange and two inches long,
their loud crunch, quite a craveable song
with a bite and a snap,
slightly sweet, there’s no cap
on their uses—the list is quite long!

You can sauté with shallots and oil,
or throw them in soup on a boil.
Dip in Buttermilk Ranch,
or give them a quick blanch—
for cubed cheese they’re a natural foil.

For dinner or lunch or a snack,
these Carrots will sure have your back.
