Cookies 'N Cream Ice Cream Sandwiches

Sublime’s got a sister! That’s right, our Sublime Ice Cream Sandwiches [sku 90987]—consistently ranked by customers among their absolute favorite Trader Joe’s products—will now be sharing their freezer space with a sibling—one that we believe is also destined for TJ’s product glory!

Similar to Sublimes, Trader Joe’s Cookies ‘N Cream Ice Cream Sandwiches consist of two Cookies sandwiching Ice Cream. But instead of chocolate chip cookies, we used two, double-Chocolate Cookies flavored with rich cocoa powder and loaded with decadent Chocolate Chunks. Between these two Cookies is a generous scoop of ice cream that’s blended with a subtantial amount of chocolate Cookie crumbs.

The Sandwiches have a soft bite straight out of the freezer (like their sibling), and the creamy filling is a wonderful contrast to the chewy, Chocolate-Chunk laden Cookies. In a word, we might call this frozen treat “sublime”—but that just might be confusing!
