Like our English Cheddar with Champagne [sku 82001], Trader Joe’s Coastal Cheddar with Truffles comes to us from an English supplier in Somerset. Their grass-fed herds of cattle produce a cheese with a firm body but smooth, creamy texture and mature character. This butter-yellow Cheddar has sizable pieces of mushroom and black truffle folded right in. Its flavor and aroma are balanced yet bold, with distinct truffle umami.

For a luxurious touch to your holiday dishes—whether it’s to jazz up a mac & cheese, a gourmet potato gratin, or even gussy up a grilled cheese—this funky Cheddar is the key!
