California Slab Apricots

Trader Joe’s California Slab Apricots are harvested late, when the fruit is extremely ripe. The natural sugar content is higher, which makes them very soft, super sweet, and almost gooey in texture. In fact, they end up looking less like defined Apricot halves and more like flat Slabs of dried, pitted fruit. And they are mouthwatering!
