Because it’s so Gou- dahhhh—soo... DELICIOUS! Made in the Netherlands, this Gouda starts with cow’s milk and is produced using traditional methods, yielding a creamy, mild curd. What’s un-traditional about it, though, is what else is added. The recipe includes marinated tomatoes, garlic, and oregano. Every pizz-a this Cheese—no, strike that! Every BITE, rather, of this Cheese conjures the essence of a savory Italian pie.
