Deeply savory and delightfully hearty, this quick-cooking Pasta dish is smothered with a sauce made with Swiss, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses, as well as tender Artichoke chunks and Spinach leaves. After just a few minutes in the microwave or conventional oven, it makes a superb single-serving entrée that pairs particularly well with a leafy green salad or a hunk of crusty bread. Of course, if you want to be especially true to its appetizer-y origins, you could always break out a few tortilla chips for scooping, too.
